Zero Contact During Services
Our new zero contact service from start to finish. All invoicing is done via email and payments can be made electronically.
Steps we are taking to insure safety for our employees and customers:
- All our equipment is sanitized at the end of each work day.
- Our Technicians are required to sanitize their hands and wear mask, shoe covers and gloves before entering your home or business.
- Our office, equipment and vehicle interiors are being sanitized every evening.
- If an employee begins to feel ill in any way, they are advised to notify us and are asked not to come in for their shift until we feel the situation is safe and there is no risk to our clients and to the rest of our team.
- We are asking those who request an appointment for services to please let us know if they or someone in their household, business, etc, had suffered from any illness or symptoms within the last few weeks.
- Effective immediately, sanitizer will be applied to all carpet and tile cleaning jobs with no additional cost.
- We are asking all customers if possible, to have the areas that are being cleaned to be cleared of any furniture to avoid technicians having to touch any unnecessary items in your home or business.
